Pricing for commercial and business images can generally be structured two ways:
All inclusive: the photographer will quote one fee, including their time, talent and pricing for a set amount of images to be used for a specific purpose (i.e. social media marketing, print advertising, billboards, etc.).
Creative fee/day rate + usage rights: estimate is itemized with a creative fee covering the photographer’s time & talent, any additional equipment needed, plus usage/license fee per image depending on how it will be used and for how long.
